2 Order
To be able to order you must be 18 years of age. We do not, according to Swedish law, accept credit purchases for persons under the age of 18.
When you have placed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your specified email. In this confirmation you will find all details about your order in regards to type/amount of products, price, delivery and home address.
Any changes or amendments to your order must be done before we have prepared your order for shipment. Please contact us immediately if you find any issues with your placed order.
If there is any error in the order confirmation, you should contact us immediately by e-mail to order@dualtronnordic.com.
3 Payment
Payment is made using the selected payment method at checkout. We offer payments through the following services: Stripe, Klarna, and Swish. By choosing one of these payment solutions, you agree to their respective payment terms. Payment is carried out in accordance with the specific instructions provided at checkout.
Through these payment services, you can use credit and debit cards such as VISA, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as Swish.
The funds are debited from the customer's card immediately after the payment is authorized and successfully processed. This occurs at the time of purchase.

4 Delivery
Regular delivery time are from 2-7 working days depending on location.

4.1 Shipping Charges
Shipping methods are calculated at checkout.
Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply for deliveries to countries outside the EU – these costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
Norway: At checkout, VAT is automatically deducted from the price when you select Norway as the delivery country. When the package arrives in Norway, Tolletaten (the Norwegian Customs) will ask you to pay Norwegian VAT on the order value, as well as a small handling fee from the shipping company, usually between 100–300 SEK
4.2 Paket som vägras eller ej hämtas ut hos ombud
Parcels that are not collected at the pickup point or are refused upon delivery will be returned to us. Once we have received the parcel, the cost of the goods will be refunded to you, minus the shipping cost. You, as the customer, are responsible for the full shipping cost. You are also responsible for any storage fees that may arise when the parcel remains at the terminal uncollected, usually after 4 days (DB Schenker).
4.3 Transport Damage
Upon delivery to you we are responsible for the transport risk, ie if the product is damaged on the way from our warehouse to you it is under our responsibility.
Visible damage to the transport must be reported to the driver directly upon receipt in order to be able to claim against Minimotors Sweden. Customers should also contact Dualtron Nordic the same day the delivery took place. Hidden transport damage must be claimed to Dualtron Nordic within 7 working days. For all types of transport damage, Dualtron Nordic needs a clear description and photograph of the damage and the packaging.

5 Prices
For first-time visitors, all prices on our website are shown including 25% VAT, which applies to orders within the EU. When you select a delivery country outside the EU during checkout, prices are automatically updated and displayed without VAT. The prices will remain VAT-free as long as a non-EU country is selected. 6 Return Policy
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered. Right of withdrawal does not apply if purchases are made in stores.
When using your right of Return:
You must announce that you regret it. The message should be sent to us at order@dualtronnordic.com. In your message, your name, address, e-mail address, order number and the goods to which the return applies must be clear and clear.
You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after the cancellation notice.
You are responsible for shipping costs (round trip), delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be shipped well packaged and in original packaging.
NOTE: If the package is received with a pallet, then the pallet is part of the package and must be made available and present during the return.
The product should not be used. You have the right to open the package and inspect the product but no right to use it.

Some goods - e.g. We seal batteries and then open purchase only applies to continued sealed, unbroken packaging.
We will provide you with a delivery address on email.
After returning the item, we will refund the amount within 30 days, but usually it goes much faster than that. The cancellation deadline starts on the day you received the item.
6.1 Return Policy is not valid when:

7 Complaint
As a consumer, you as a consumer have the right to advertise a product within 3 years of the purchase. The complaint must be made within a reasonable time from the discovery of the error. Complaints that occur within 2 months of purchase are always considered a reasonable time.
If the product is damaged or improperly dispatched when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to remedy the error free of charge.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
The order shall be returned and packaged in the same condition as it was received. How do you go about complaining?
Any errors and defects should always be reported to info@dualtronnordic.com where you enter your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the error.
If we are unable to correct the error or deliver a similar product, we will reimburse you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. We handle return shipping for approved complaints.
If no errors or defect are found on the product that you have filed a complaint for, the customer will be charged for shipping round trip (to our location and back to the customer) & any working time that has been spent on analyzing the product.
We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not in error in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. For complaints, we follow guidelines from the Swedish Public Complaints Board, see arn.se.
7.1 Analysis of the Product
It is the buyers responsibility to quality check the product and if it complies with the order, for example If the product has been damaged during shipping or in other ways have deficiencies in its use. It is the buyers responsibility to immediately report any complaint to the seller if product does not comply with the order or has deficiencies.
8 Warranty
Dualtron Nordic applies a 1 year manufacturer warranty for all products if nothing else is specified. The product warranty covers only original defects, i.e. errors found in the product at delivery. The Product Warranty does not apply to defects that occur during or after your own change in the product's function and appearance, such as rebuilding, upgrading or other configuration of the product. This means the warranty will be void if you also open up your electric scooter and it´s components - regardless if it is put back together again. These operations can only be performed by you if consent is given by Dualtron Nordic, or by Dualtron Nordic and its authorized service partners. The Warranty does not cover damage and defects that have arisen because external impact.
During a claim of warranty, the package shall be sent in its original packaging. If possible, Minimotors Sverige can provide packaging for a fee of 500 SEK, if the original packaging is missing.
Your order confirmation is your proof of warranty.
The warranty does not apply to:
- Moisture/water damage in the electronics
- A completely discharged battery due to a lack of maintenance charge. See our care advice for more information.
- Damage that consists of or is the result of normal wear, corrosion, consumption, age change or color / shape change
- Injury or deterioration due to accident
- Errors arising from improper use or failure to follow maintenance and service instructions. Read the maintenance tips on our website.
- Normal wear is not covered by the warranty. Examples of parts that are considered to have a natural wear are for example. tires, wires, brake pads, steering bearing and lamps.
- Damage caused by storing the product in an unfavorable environment.
9 Limitation of Liability
We take no responsibility for any changes to products or product characteristics that are beyond our control.
We take no responsibility for any indirect damage that may result from the product.
We accept no responsibility for delays / errors due to circumstances outside the Company's ruling (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labor conflict, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or non-delivery from the supplier.
Furthermore, no liability is assumed for any changes to products / product properties that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

We reserve the right for any printing errors on this site as well as final sales of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution.
